Program Overview

Healthcare leaders today are being asked to transform work while simultaneously managing burnout, staffing shortages, operational pressures, digital disruption, and changing workforce expectations.

This session helps leaders move from “managing the work” to intentionally redesigning how work feels, flows, and functions for teams.

Program Objectives

1. Identify key forces transforming healthcare work today.
2. Recognize leadership behaviors that either drain or energize teams.
3. Apply practical strategies to improve workflow, communication, and engagement.

About the Speaker

Leadership and Engagement Strategist

Over the past 25+ years, Katrina has consulted and coached hundreds of managers in developing and implementing key skills to create focus on achieving goals and easing their busy schedules. Katrina is a master’s-prepared nurse and an ATD-Certified Coach.
