Karen Elwood has served as Executive Director of the Professional Members Association since 2018. With over 20 years of experience leading mission-driven organizations, Karen is recognized for her strategic leadership, commitment to member service, and ability to build strong coalitions across sectors. Prior to joining PMA, she held senior roles in government relations, nonprofit operations, and professional development. Karen holds a Master’s in Public Administration and is a frequent speaker on association leadership, advocacy, and member engagement.
